The Eurasia Dance Society’s Summer Programs are intended to compliment a dancer’s year-long training curriculum by both pushing the dancer to new levels of excellence, strength, and creativity, and by exposing the dancer to new forms and styles of dance from Eurasia.  Our Summer Dance Camp is a week-long day camp for dancers aged 6-15, and will take place from July 6 through July 11 in Silver Spring, MD.  Our Summer Dance Intensive is a two-week-long rigorous dance experience for dancers at least 15 years in age, who have had extensive prior training in either ballet or a particular Eurasian dance style.  The EDS Summer Dance Intensive will take place from August 9 through August 22 in Glen Spey, NY, and will culminate in a weekend-long Eurasia Arts Festival at the beautiful Mountain View Resort. 

The Eurasia Dance Society’s Summer Programs, like all of our programs, are designed to promote cultural dialogue and exchange among the various peoples of Eurasia, and to promote understanding and appreciation of Eurasian cultures and peoples among Americans.
